Lenbachhaus - home of the "Blue Rider"
The planned reconstruction of the Lenbachhaus museum is imminent: the building will be renovated and expanded according to designs by Foster + Partners. As of March 2009 Lenbachaus will be closed for about four years. The new museum is scheduled to reopen in 2012.
